The evil child, who is obviously channelling Les Dawson and his dreadful mother in law jokes, has been de-friended on Facebook by my children. This is social ostracising at its most malevolent.
Ran 5km in 47 minutes again. I'm hoping to do it in 45 minutes as my next target.
